New Grill!

I picked up a new grill at the 2010 HPBA in Orlando.  It’s an Australian built BeefEater Discovery Series.

Five (5) Burners with Cast Iron Grates.  The nice feature about the grates is that one side is a griddle for cooking vegetables and searing meat.  At 75,000 BTU, it doesn’t take long to get the cast iron grates up to temp.

The high temperature grilling oil in our Grate Chef Grill Wipes stayed on during the grilling process and made clean-up a snap.
